The Wisdom of Decisions – things must do

Another significant reason for unclear thinking is that our lives are often cluttered with numerous artificially imposed obligations and perceived responsibilities. Society, family expectations, cultural norms, workplace demands, and even self-imposed pressures frequently overwhelm us, creating a false sense of urgency and necessity. However, upon closer reflection, it becomes evident that very few things genuinely require our attention or action. True clarity emerges when we recognize and distinguish between essential tasks—those genuinely aligned with our core values and long-term goals—and those superficial obligations that merely consume our energy without meaningful contribution. By identifying and eliminating unnecessary commitments, we can reclaim our mental space, enhance our focus, and lead more purposeful and peaceful lives.
